Return policy

For the main page and Sharkas Store products we have three states of refund:

a- Full refund: if a customer decided to cancel the purchase before shipping and within the first 24 hours. customer must call and send an-email to “Cancellation@sharkasstore.com”.

b- 75% refund: if the customer decided to cancel purchase after shipping, before delivery and within 48 hours. Also the customer will bare the shipping cost and the return cost. customer must call and send an-email to “Cancellation@sharkasstore.com”.

c- 50% refund: if the customer decided to cancel purchase after shipping, before delivery or the package is intact (unpacked or plastic cover removal)and within 72 hours. Also the customer will bare the shipping cost and the return cost. customer must call and send an-email to “Cancellation@sharkasstore.com”.

d-  25% Refund if customer decided to return the product untouched after 96hours (4 days), also the customer will bare the shipping cost and the return cost. customer must call and send an-email to “Cancellation@sharkasstore.com”.

d- if the product is defected, the management demands a video for the product by the customer and be sent to “Cancellation@sharkasstore.com”.

NOTE: NO REFUND ON ORGANIC COSMETICS AFTER SHIPPED.

Refund, originally will be to customer card he used to buy or to the bank account that he transferred from. Upon customer request (via email) refund can be transferred by any means customer asked for after sending confirmation email to “manager@sharkasstore.com”.

Refund will take place after three working days from confirming the cancellation via e-mail.

NOTE: NO CANCELLATION IS RECOGNIZED UNLESS SUPPORTED BY EMAIL.
